Range of functions in the basic installation
Gira Standard 55 offers quality with a wide range of options for basic installations. The switch range consists of more than 300 functions for convenient, safe and economical electrical installation in three different colours: pure white matt, pure white glossy and cream white glossy.
Material
The high quality of the material used for the range makes the devices resistant against wear. It consists of shatter-proof and shock-resistant thermoplastic with a high resistance to ultraviolet light as well as an easy-care surface.
IP 20/IP 44
Gira Standard 55 is a switch range for flush-mounted installation in dry rooms in accordance with IP 20. However, the range's switches, buttons and SCHUKO socket outlets with hinged covers can also be installed in damp rooms with IP 44 water protection by using special sealing sets. The 1-gang and 2-gang combinations of the SCHUKO socket outlets with hinged covers in pure white glossy and cream white glossy are also available with frame and sealing set as complete sets.
