All the switches, buttons and SCHUKO socket outlets with hinged covers from the Gira Standard 55, E2, Stainless Steel Series 21 and Gira F100 design lines can be installed with protection against splash water in accordance with IP44 using special sealing kits. This enables uniform installation in all building areas.

The 1-gang and 2-gang SCHUKO socket outlets with hinged covers from the Gira Standard 55 design line in pure white glossy and cream white glossy are now also available for water-protected installation in accordance with IP 44, together with cover frames and sealing sets as a 1-gang or 2-gang complete set. This simplifies ordering and processing.
